Parent & Teacher Guide

A quick tour of how Kiducation works and how to use it together.

What Kiducation is

A small, friendly website with stories, folktales, simple browser games, creative prompts, and a curated library of safe videos. There are no ads, no public comments, and no child-to-child messaging.

How content is reviewed

Stories, folktales, games, and videos are added or approved by our admin team. Anything the community submits enters a moderation queue and only appears once it's been reviewed and approved.

How videos are selected

The Watch & Learn page uses an admin-managed allowlist. There is no open search and no auto-recommended next video. When a video has a privacy-friendly embed, we use the no-cookie player.

How submissions work

Adults, parents, teachers, and supervised older kids can submit story ideas, folktales, game suggestions, videos, or activities through the Create & Submit page. Every submission requires an adult contact email and two safety confirmations.

Ways to use Kiducation with kids

  • Pick a short story for read-aloud time and chat about the reflection question.
  • Take turns playing Animal Match-Up or Number Garden.
  • Open the Folktale Map and travel to a new region together.
  • Use Story Builder as a writing warm-up.
  • Try a prompt from the Create section as a screen-free craft.
