The Puzzle Piece Planet
Everyone has a piece to contribute.
Far away in space was a tiny planet shaped like a puzzle. Every person on the planet carried one puzzle piece.
Some pieces were round. Some were pointy. Some were bright. Some were plain.
Every year, the people tried to build a giant picture together. But one child named Toma kept his piece in his pocket. “It is not special,” he said.
The others built mountains, rivers, houses, and stars. But there was always one empty space in the middle.
Finally, Toma stepped forward. “My piece is just gray,” he whispered. He placed it in the empty space.
Click. The whole picture changed. The gray piece became the moon, shining over everything.
The people cheered. Toma looked up. Without his piece, the sky had been incomplete.
